I like to run. It helps with my cardiovascular conditioning which is important for my Jiu-Jitsu training. Sometimes I run outside and sometimes I run on a treadmill in my home. I am using a Garmin Forerunner 305 to help track my running progress. You can click on this link to Garmin Connect – Explore to see some of my outdoor running activities. Once there you can click on my run results and see things like when I ran, the route I ran, my pace, heart rate and other things.
